Milania Giudice broke her silence on the “worst” summer of her life, while revealing multiple mental-health diagnoses in a raw Instagram video posted Monday.

Starting the video by describing herself as a “raw and authentic” person, she publicly apologized for not using her platform the way she wanted.

“You guys have been seeing the worst times of my life and it has been the worst time of my life,” she said, referencing her recent arrest for domestic violence, as well as her airport confrontation with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and her older sister, Gia Giudice.

Milania, 20, went on to admit to “struggling” with her mental health, noting, “I am bipolar, I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.

“And I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders and I do work on myself,” she added, before revealing that she is currently in a treatment center.

The University of Tampa student went on to say that the summer hit her “like a bus” and she is “trying to process everything.”

“And it’s really hard being in the public light while going through things in life, so I just want to say I’m sorry because I was grown up on pure respect, love and I just haven’t been showing the Milania I wanna show and I wanna do better and I’m trying to completely change everything that I’ve been posting because I want to help people in life.”

The Bravolebrity wrapped up the video — which she captioned “be true, be honest, be you” — by blowing a kiss to the camera.

In August, Page Six exclusively reported that Milania enrolled in anger management classes weeks after she was arrested for domestic violence.

The college student was charged with one count of simple assault for the incident in May, Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano said in a press release.

Last month, Milania got into a heated exchange with Teresa, 54, and Gia, 25, while they were at Tampa International Airport.

At the beginning of the clip, the trio was surrounded by cops as they walked through the terminal. At one point, Milania told her mom to “shut the f–k up!”

In bodycam footage exclusively obtained by Page Six, the cops discussed whether Milania could be a “danger to herself” and said she had “just got[ten] out of a Baker Act facility.”

Teresa claimed her daughter may have had fentanyl in her system during the explosive airport clash.

Page Six exclusively reported that Milania was “under the care of professionals” following the incident.

“Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,” the reality star’s manager and longtime family friend, Maria DeSantis, told us in a statement.

Milania’s father, Joe Giudice, exclusively told us that his daughter had been privately dealing with the loss of close friend Victoria Zardoya, who died in July.

Teresa said Milania was also “experienc[ing] tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma” after her great-grandmother died two months after Zardoya.

The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” star shares four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, 22, Milania and Audriana, 17 — with her first husband, Joe Giudice.

Teresa married Luis Ruelas — who shares two sons with his first wife, Marisa DiMartino — in August 2022.
